Cd changer or fridge?

I have the MMI satnav in my B6 S4 but I have to remove the navigation disc if I want to play a cd, which is a pain. I would like to put a standard 6 disc changer in the glove box, I also have a fridge in there which I'm considering removing. I guess you had one or the other or neither when new. Why anyone choose a fridge I'll never know. The wiring should still be there I guess? Anyone know what model changer I would need? Thanks. Will.

I have the B7 changer in my garage. If you think it's the same then I ca nmake a note of the part number. I assume you don't actually have the MMI fitted, but the RNS-E?

You can have both. Mine does.

I'm not entirely sure only had the car a week or so. It's a sat nav with a flip/fold out screen, DVD, memory card ports behind a bigger screen than I've seen in some, no controls on the left, all on the right. If you have both don't suppose you know the part number of the changer?
