Ah yes, the cherished number industry ..
Whilst not particularly applicable to P4NDA (as would still be fortunes), but I'd start off by bidding half of whatever something is advertised for

(FWIW, it sold in 2000 for three grand)

Very true, I've had a few plates, most have been had for around half the asking price.
