The jack

Anyone actually know how to get it out ?! I have an S4 avant but assume they are the same. I have found the jack, thats the first thing, but cant actually seem to get it out of the storage compartment.

It has catches either side but you cant physically depress them all to release it. I don't know if the whole unit is supposed to slide up and then you release it, there is lever under the right hand side but that does nothing.

Anyone know ?!! It driving me and my knuckles mad !
