Brake Disc Bulk Buy?

Due to the lack of discount available for anything to do with anything with an RS badge on it I rang up a certain company who supplies the trade with their parts and asked for a price for 20 x front discs for the B7 and 10 x rears, these are the prices I got.

20 * Front discs £216.40 each plus VAT
10 * O/S Rear £251.27 each plus VAT
10 * N/S Rear £251.27 each plus VAT

My issue is that this is not the best deal in the world and if I have to buy them all up front to get this price I am going to be taking a £10k risk and a house full of metal…

Also I would have to add a delivery charge on top to shift them to everyone so add about £25 as they weigh a tonne.

What are peoples thought on this, if I can get enough people together I may do it.

I assume that's £216.40 for a single front disc which when added up with VAT is about £520 for a pair. So after postage cost people will save about £30-£40, that's a lot of money for you to layout for a saving of that amount.

Theres genuine ones on ebay for £566.99 with free delivery eBay item number:221278583343 but that was good of you to do that mate

Price will be different from memory when I bought mine i a couple of month back it was not the same . They came in at 556 I think .

The price on Stoke's website is wrong, they won't honour it, the cost of the discs have gone up I'm afraid, and the MAX discount on these is 12%

Did you not take issue with them as their website states “otherwise" ?

Looks like I’ve got a nice little earner sitting in my garage then. Got the whole set for £800 ish a couple of years ago (from Stoke Audi).
Still haven’t needed to fit.
