Service Manual

My car didnt come with a service manual. The one that gets stamped after routine maintenance is carried out.

Is that normal? Can I request one in any case?

It should be in the black folder in the glovebox.

I specifically asked the dealer and they said that Audi no longer provide service books. Did you get one with urs?

I got one in mine 3 months ago

I got one with mine last May, can't see why Audi wouldn't provide one unless they don't see the need to record owner details and services any more.

I've read that its all done electronically now but you can ask for one.

Is the service manual personalised to the car, e.g. vin number stamped or is it simply a blank booklet?
