SERIOUSLY WANTED : RS4 AVANT B7 06/07

Hi everyone,

I've been lurking around since the beginning of December and I am now in the position to buy an RS4 and I am actively looking for one now having secured funds in the bank.

Here is the wants list:

RS4 AVANT [Perfer 07 but will look at 06] - No saloons [family requirements!]
Any colour considered but would prefer Mugello or Sprint Blue, Phantom Black [Not with black optics] or Daytona Grey
Under 50K miles if possible - however I am a little bit flexible on this.
Would prefer Arm Rest & no telephone cradle - However - these are 'nice' to haves and of course can be addressed post sale.
Flat bottom steering wheel
Would like a standard one but would considered a modded one [exhaust ETC]

Basically - I am open minded about the car!

Currently have "ROY" and "Lig" RS4's on the list to review & possible visit next week. Am seeing a Mugello Blue one on Monday but this has 62k

The spec matches what your after including the front armrest, there are no modifications, one owner from new and full Audi service history and is MOT'd until December 2013. Ordered from the factory with window tints, technology pack, flat bottom steering wheel and bucket seats.
