Evening all, I will be heading up Saturday morning as it's not to far from where I live, I just have to join the m4 at junction 13 and go from there, I can meet up at Costa at junction 16 if people are meeting there to convoy in for the rest of the way .

Where can you buy tickets in advance? Or is it just pay on the gate?

A nice big pile of paddock pass club display cards came in the post today from ADI, so if you haven't already, can you PM me your addresses, and I'll get them posted out

Alternatively, I'll be at the Hilton on the Friday night and can distribute then, or we'll have a meet Early Saturday morning near Juntion 16 for an M4 Convoy and I can distribute more then - Current thoughts on Saturday Convoy in - 8am at Costa next to the Hilton by Junction 16 (you can't get into the Hilton car park without a pass card, so unable to meet in there)

I need to confirm actual numbers with ADI early next week, so can you confirm you're coming asap and I can get back to working on them for a better spot. So far they've just said they'll 'look into it'

Graeme - nice work, well done for arranging so far. I have the two RS246.com sail flags so, as we are staying close by at the Hilton the night before, we can firm up parameters over that Guinness as to when and where we are meeting to 'mark our territory'...
