I don't like the mercedes TBH...too boring, I've had AMG's in the past, all you get is traction light cutting in and spoiling the fun 90% of the time, god that yellow is bad!!! :drink:

I looked at E63 but couldn't live with the interior, still too much of a whiff of old fart.
Very similar in size, both on back seats and boot space. Interior of c63 is lovely, but like you say, it's got a strong hint of 'aimed to appeal to old farts' about it :)
I thought e63 looks way too subtle, a proper old mans car
C63 507 estate not as good looking from all angles as b8 RS4
-------------------------------------------------------
Gone - 11/06 B7 RS4 Avant - black/black (Daily drive & kids taxi)
Gone - 05/13 B8 RS4 Avant - Suzuka grey (Daily drive & kids taxi)
Gone - 01/14 B8 RS5 Coupe - Short term car
Gone - 09/14 B8 RS4 Avant - Misano Red/Ceramics (Daily drive & kids taxi)

Current - 04/18 B9 Rs4 Nardo Grey
ZX10R Race bike - 210bhp and a few skid marks on the seat ;)

I did ask if they could get one, but I'm not sure they took me seriously :)
Fwiw, one of the best sounding cars I've ever been in was an SLS. Lovely bit of kit

Had a black edition AMG in white for a day whilst waiting for Riv.
Would love to say it was memorable in a good way! Wet day/the feckin thing was being a 'little' difficult; rather like trying to befriend a rattle snake.
Too much agro...but awesome on a dry day I would think. No B&O needed in that !

Hi Graeme,

congrats on the new ride. Shame about the sports classic grey, would have been one of my choices too if I had to do it all over again.

Please do a review on the brake feel of the ceramics vs standard brakes if you can. Been wanting to test it at the dealers but the RS4 is all sold out for the time being.
