1. Currently imo its hard to drive in s mode, second to third gives a delay depending when you get on the throttle.

its quick but not that quick imo.

2. If I have lost torque or not I am looking forward to the MRC remap. seems I couldn't go to a better place? am also a little nervous that they may find somthing wrong lol .

1. you may actually be triggering ESP if you're shifting 2nd to 3rd while WOT at high RPMs. Try turning off ESP (hold for 4 seconds) and do it again. Unless you're referring to something else

2. I can't see you losing torque under absolutely ANY circumstances if the car is healthy. Getting a remap...getting a new exhaust. This whole business of 'you're going to lose torque!' is over-dramatized by generations of car forum lore, predominantly related to the backpressure myth (google it). In reality the RS4 comes with a 2.61" downpipe that tapers to a 2.36" connection to a 2.36" catback exhaust. It has 4 cats.
Gut the cats, go 2.50" and you should gain torque
Gut the cats, go 2.75" and you should gain torque
Gut the cats, take your catback off and run open DPs, and you should gain torque

Do all of the above while leaving the cats in place, and you should gain torque in every instance, virtually across the entire powerband.
