I'm running about in the TTS just now but I'm stripping the S3 next week so the TTS will be coming off the road to get the S3s engine fitted so I'll be running around in the brown mk1 soon

it is bored out to a 1.9 with a gt28rs, ported head, cams,660s, water/meth as an attempt to let me stay in the closet

I'm lovin' the AC but it's probably a 427 Dax, not an original. It looks pretty pumped.

It's definitely a kit car but it was done previously and was in for a full frame off resto subsequently hence why it's getting a shakedown before handover

Seat update :- recaro stitching complete.....leather is still like a skinny chick wearing fat chicks leggings!! Knocked back the 0.2 versions and they are being reworked again but I'm not holding my breath. Disappointed is a major understatement. Still not got pics in primer either but I'm going to drop by the Shop tomorrow and in yet other news I've moved on to another company and another contract starting Monday

Im a pipefitter to trade. Mainly oil and gas industry but full title is advanced fabrication and pipefitting engineer for what its worth. Im going to hold off breaking the RS6 until the TT and S3 are stripped which gives me time to work out whats happening with the interior as,if the interior company proper drops the ball, ill use the spare RS6 interior and get the door panels and rear seats trimmed along with the CS's which is looking like my best option just now. Ill still keep it almost factory colour spec but ill get the whole car trimmed in a colour close but with leather thats easier to work if that is indeed the issue :bash: :bash: :bash:

Also just back in from the paintshop and they had to sort out issues that arose from rolling the front arches with a rolling machine and have had to pretty much bare metal almost the full front wings and build them back up but ive been assured its going into primer this week........

Long way to go for one of those. Good cars, though.
