Most M3 drivers have another sort of weed in the bootwith the distinct possibility of a tumble weed following swiftly behind

Good luck with it, if you need a car to drive around when we have some snow or rain, you can always borrow one of ours

Nice talking to you and sorry I couldn't stop you having to do the M3 thing.
To add my 2p's worth;
I had an M3 CS model for 6 months. Except for the fun of having to abandon it in the snow one day, I had 6 great months of fun. If you are to switch from an RS4 to an M3, all I'll say is get the CS or CSL model. Having driven a basic M3, the difference is noticeable - kinda S4 to RS4 different!!
To the pleasure of this forum, you'll be glad to hear that - switch on the Jeremy Clarkson voiceover - altho' the M3 CS was/is a very good car, it proves the RS4 B5 to be a great one.
