Got it in one the rear bumper is a little challenge but quite doable. If you want to do one I'm sure the body shop I used will do the quarters and paint work if need be and he's based near Brands Hatch.

What about spacing the wheels further out?

£5K sounds reasonable to me. The avant sure looks the business, but just for pure rarity, a wide bodied saloon is something else. I don't think you can have too many photos of these on one thread, so just to help sway you Mark, here's Keith's Dialynx wide bodied saloon at last years ADI.

Incidentally, whilst talking to the VAGParts guys at the event, they reckon you wouldn’t get much change out of £10k for the conversion. They export a lot of kits to the states.

Interesting to hear that the RS4 bonnet is slightly different to the standard one. I always thought they were the same. I broadsided a deer in The Lakes last week and it’s going in for a new one next week. I’d better make sure they’re fitting a genuine RS4 one.

Honestly, I do think some good stickers make a car look good, not like I would drive around with it all stickered up all the time!!! Just for this hill climb event ...

Nah - i reckon that's a body-kit front bumper for an RS4 - the headlight washers are RS4 and it's flared for an RS4, but the lower grilles are different to a stock RS4 bumper (and they're not the same as an S4 lower grilles either)

It’s a late Stock A4 bumper flared to meet the arches and the same for the rear but he does have a RS4 front for the car but I imagine it’s cheaper to replace the standard A4 bumper than a RS4 item.

Its the offset that is the issue and the RS4 is only a 20pcd so spacers will be needed to push them out.
