The hole was too small on mine as well, I could only get the pin about a 1/3 of the way through the hole until it felt stuck tight... then it was hammertime!

Never underestimate the power of a good old fashioned hammering! :bash:

on clives we couldn't get the pin in at all, we had to drill it about 2/3 of the way through then, as stated above, "massaged" it gently into position with the tool of a Pykkie
