The RS5 might be the best looking current Audi, but to my eyes - like all the B8 based cars - its rear end is just too wide so it looks like it's got a great big fat arse.

I've just bought my first ferrari but here's the thing... I love it, gorgeous to drive, so much fun....

But you don't get out of it and feel like the rs4 is a step down. They are very different cars but I think the rs4 is immense and in line with many people here I cannot see what I could replace it with. Still love pushing the start button every morning and look forward to a trip to the supermarket just because I get to drive. To echo an earlier post it will be rust before it gets sold... The ferrari would be much easier to replace.

Looks, fun, power, subtle, isofix. What's not to like?

Virtually all the new wave of RS Audis are pretty unattractive in my eyes TBH, possibly with the exception of the latest RS6 but that's too big and far too expensive for me. I suspect I'll have mine for a while yet. I occasionally think about changing it as I've had it 4 years now, but there is nothing out there for me that comes even remotely near ticking all the boxes that my B7 does, especially now that its 'charged. It still feels special every time I drive it. It still looks good, the V8 sounds awesome, its semi-practical, reliable, and it'll blow away 99.9% of cars on the road! What more could you want?
Only problem is I have very strong cravings for a GT3RS so I'd need to sell both my toys to be able to afford one at the moment rather than taking out a loan. Hmmmm
Current;
Porsche 997.1 GT3RS. Pure Orange, ceramics, etc, Sharkwerks exhaust
BMW 2002 restomod; Turbo body kit, S14 M3 Evo engine and lots more

Ibis White B7 RS4 Avant : TTS Supercharged 615ps/614 nm
Subaru Impreza 22B
Noble M400
TVR 400SE
Lotus Sunbeam Avon

I said exactly that to a car trader friend of mine, his reply "modern Audis don't rust and their engines are bullet proof, just keep it well serviced and it will last you for YEARS" Music to my ears :beerchug:
Mint Optic Pack saloon in Daytona Grey (Now sold)
B7 RS4 in Sprint Blue (Gone to a very good new home)

I think I'd sport a clutch bag if I decided to use a Turbo ;)
I thought it might be an optional extra!
My brother in Law has just purchased a M3 Limited 500, apparently the last of the M3 model before the M4 is released.....he says!

He paid over 60k for it .....he said to me the other day I wish I had gone for RS4 B7 Avant like yours, it sounds awsome and looks the Biz....and a lot less money!

Every time I climb in and close the door.......there must be total silence, no music, no talking, ...hit that button and listen to that GROWL

On the way to Milbrook I though Graeme's B8 RS 4 looked great in my rear view mirror, the only car that looked better was Golfathers RS 6.
If it's the new RS6 behind you, unless you're strapped to a missile....prob best just to get out the way. (In the B8RS you've got no chance)
