Nick, you need to get that beast on the ramps and get some photos for us, so we can all mod our exhausts to the same spec :biggrin3:

Superb day thankfully not ruined due to the weather, absolutely knackered though after getting four hours sleep last night!

Great to meet up and put some faces to the 'names'

Your contributions on the forums are what makes it worth reading, but it's also nice that there's a real world community too.

Pleasure to meet you.

Cheers

Ric

Great day! Some epic cars in show and awesome to Bams new ride. I loved that Badger racing Seat, 600bhp on full boost. Good to see everyone, and apologies if I didn't get the chance to speak to you all.

Glad the weather turned out nice. I actually feel a little sunburnt????? Or it could just be the capillaries in my face bursting after eating junk food all day.

I can't stop thinking about cheap millteks!

Good to have a chat with Dave about his r8 and his love of the c5 and thanks to dk for the offer of going out in his beast. Both me ans the wife had been lucky enough to go out with bam in the monster manual so was only fair to let someone else enjoy a few laps, do, your car sounds fecking amazing.
Seeing yours today in Misano with the black optics and sitting so well on those wheels made me want another very much! Love it.
+1 on Chunks car. Stunning!

Haha, I like Nick's new username too.

I had a superb day thanks to all you guys and I especially appreciate you letting me squeeze on the end of the club plot as a late arrival. We've got some crackin whips on this forum each with plenty of individual character, just like their owners, both aesthetically and in performance.

A great turn out and an absolute pleasure to meet the faces behind the names. Looking forward to the next meet!

That lil' Seat was fookin' savage. Definitely not his first rodeo!

Shush, I said you could go early and I would have brought your other half along. I would have been bored out of my skull if I had gone there at the butt crack of dawn.

PHILT, forgot to say, they took heed of your email to them about how many cars we were bringing and what they were. They stuck us even further away this time by the noise testing bit. The plot that we were at last year was one plot closer to being less in the sticks and had a whole 2 CARS from some random club on the entire thing!

Absolute xxxxxxx, yes, I hope they read this to be honest and charging me £20 to park in that insult of a plot to boot.....

/Edited as I don't want to be the reason that we get treated even worse next year but we all have good cars, aren't pikey scrotes, are very nice if you get to know us. Makes no sense to me why the biggest collection of highly-powered and well modified (in most cases) metal gets hidden away.

I believe they are renting the field next to castle combe for us next year. We were so far away from the track, it took bam and I just under an hour to get petrol!

Just to add, we had a fantastic group of cars there  The owners on here should be very proud of their vehicles.

How on earth did Audi Addicts get prime track side location?!

Is it me or does RS246 not have the best group of cars out of the whole thing??

I think it's fair to say that we had by far the best collection of cars

In terms of Audi addicts, then it's book early and pay a fee from experience of other castle Combe events

Maybe next year we can have a whip around and get a prime slot

I'd quite happily pay a bit to get a better position, being stuck by the bogs is where the TTOC should of been.

Yup, I think this site deserves a better location. Hopefully we can help MrT sort something out.
