I thought you replaced the non-return valve. Yeah, that would lower timing, I had that too once, took the whole f-hose line off. now I have a working valve there and a custom line to catch can (ugly one)

I'm not sure if I got the map for 630cc injectors as mpg is off and its running rich on default setup with 4bar fpr? Tonight I'll try to pull primary and log again to see how it affects fats and timing. Anyhow I'm glad I finally got rid of the TCD and deviation codes

If you go too lean it gets hot and detonates and retards timing. 12.5AF is considered lean but it might be the hot spot for this engine so I was thinkin over 13AF is too lean if boost is high. Flashyg seems to run pretty conservative boost so lean is good aslong as it's not too lean to give egt codes, ALL THIS IMO.

still have one non return to replace the one at the back connecting to crank case breather.
posted in the s4 forum today's log. U think small leak here could affect timing.

All learned values on Block 32 now close to 0, that's good will be better when the last valve is replaced.

IMO is all we've got mate. G
