I suspect based price £90-£95

although I also expect large discounts after a few months, when a faster / lighter car (M5 comp) can be had for £75k. I know RS are usually more than the equivalent M. However when I got my F10 M5 in 2013 it was £66k after discount. In 2016 when I moved to the C7 it was £73k after discount. So I think they will need to be in the same ball park.

Although irrespective of price I won't be moving from the F90 comp I currently have for a significantly heavier car, that for me is a deal breaker. With the move to hybrids, the corresponding weight increase and potential for regulations auto limiting speed I suspect the C7 may prove the high water mark for the RS6 and F90 for the M5.

I haven’t. Don’t want any potential warranty issues. And it’s plenty quick enough, nearly as fast as the 991 turbo S I had in a straight line.

Yeah probably wise - I had a test drive last week but drove it with traction control on. I have a C7 with 730 HP and the M5 just seemed lacking - do you drive with traction off? Is it a different animal?

Drive in 4WD sport which is a half way house. I find a good compromise for road driving. You can switch to 2wd but that requires traction to be fully off, not one for the roads (or at least for me)

Yes the standard spec is very high on the m5. Full leather, surround cameras and head up display are all standard.

Yeah saw that, does the exhaust sound good? I had the F10 and found it way too quite. I know the comp gets a sports exhaust as standard?

sport exhaust is pretty good - similar sound to on the C7 so not too obtrusive in regular driving.

Carwow has a video review and 0-60 timing on their latest video on the rs7. I know it's the rs7 but it's still same engine/interior and should give a good example on the times we should expect on the rs6 times.
