Mirrors my many experiences with the poor unfortunate sales team at Stirling Audi !
Just being a humble joiner they clearly think I haven't a pot to :piss: in they couldn't be bothered to check out the mileage on an r8 I looked at didn't want to get me the keys even though I had just bought a brand new rs4 from them and didn't even know know what my Ulysses nardin watch was ! Even though there on the back of every dealer magazine !! These people will learn when we all turn our backs on em and buy motors where they know how to treat people I can guarantee my stone island jacket cost 5 times what his poxy burtons suit did !!

Halesowen Audi sorted my deal out in the end. Junction 3 on the M5 which isn't a million miles from you. There stock was limited though when I placed my order so not sure if they would have a new one in the pipeline
Went to look at an A3 for the wife at Halesowen Audi, we even booked an appointment, we arrived and was told the salesman we were to see was too busy and someone else would take over the appointment. 40 mins later a chap came over and asked us what we were looking for, told him all the details 5 door was required due to having a 10month old at the time, he came back with a 3 door and said it was exactly the same !!

After the test drive he tried to sell us a car that was A. The wrong colour we asked for and B. The wrong spec, he didn't seem interested in providing the customer with what they wanted, and on that 1.5hrs I'll never get back we bought a Golf GTTDI instead. I won't be going back to Halesowen and Wolverhampton aren't any better.

It pissed me off enough still to lodge a complaint with Jardine Motors (Hitchins group) customer care department about my treatment recently from Hitchin. I did mention of course they'd driven me to buy an RS4 from a rival group Audi dealership...
We'll see what comes of it. So far just an email apologising, explaining they'll look into it, and will write back and are "keen to restore my faith in them". I'm not holding my breath.

Regrettably after this experience which Stafford haven't commented on nor have they rang me following my visit they are obviously doing so well they don't care.

I've purchased another German brand.

I'm absolutely gobsmacked at how this company can be a Sponsor of such a renowned website!

Oh, I actually like that, probably because every other Merc I've ever seen in my life is either silver or black.
