The control valves had been left closed off & the left front shock valve is damaged so that side of the system couldn't be re charged ...

I'd be asking your Indy and Bradford Audi for your money back Tony, not being able to identify a damaged shock that could not be re-gassed and leaving the control valves shut are from what I'm told school boy errors for anyone who knows how to instal / maintain DRC properly.

Thank goodness for the likes of Unit 20, MRC, Revolution and the few others who actually know how to look after RS4's. Where would we be without them. Scary

I can't believe the dealer lift the car like it was .. There was no way they could have re charged the system correctly as the damage to the n/s/f flexi hose/valve meant that the system couldn't be filled .

And as for leaving the valves locked closed .... total joke .. :drink:

It's getting a new hose and re filled and that should be sorted .. :jump:

I wonder what rubbish an Audi dealer would have come up with and what they would have tried to get you to replace!

If it hasn't already this needs to go to Audi UK. That level of incompetence should not be expected.

Glad it's sorted though. Phone busy Grizz?!
