Well done and fair play to Audi. I've not sure every manufacturer would have been as willing to accept their obligations.

Been following this thread for a number of weeks. Awesome result. Well done.

Its now making me think whether it's worthwhile taking out the component level audi warranty @ £750 per year, capped to a 15k pa milage.

It's absolutely amazing news and like you said, well done to Audi for accepting such an expensive claim. I 100% think that having a warranty is definately a good move as you don't know what lies around the corner! I've been estimated approx end of next week to have my car back, these next 10 or so days are gonna drag but it'll be worth the wait :beerchug: now time for a beer!

The running in will be for someone else, the car will be going up for sale when I get it back unfortunately :(
