Off to see the Grizzster at some stupid early time tomorrow to get the milltek decats fitted.

So i suppose it will be worth the grief off the misses for waking her and the rest of the street up :biggrin3:

Just put a couple of thick winter socks that you don't mind losing in the tips to muffle the sound out of the street, then give it the beans to pop them out. :beerchug:

Well milltek decats are on and it sounds mental, the video really doesnt show that but people can hear you from miles away lol.

I also had a new solenoid fitted near the air filter as we knew this was faulty from day one,as time go's on i am
loving this car more and more :biggrin3:

This video, dont worry the engine was very hot,i had just done 50 miles and it had been turned off for about 30 seconds,i also
did look to see if it was clear,i was just showing off a little

Thanks lads
I am loving it,myself and Lee went through the airport tunnels and the sound was incredible.
Lee's is the supercharged daytona with the milltek exhaust and also decats.
They are very similar with loudness but quite different in sound.
Lee also told me it would sound different again once remapped so will have to see how that alters it.

I love it exactly as it is but may see about adding the flaps to the zorst for the very RARE time i let the misses use it,she
would only get embarrassed with the attention it brings

On deceleration on the second video it sounds like a bloody Spitfire ! Tubi seems to be less raspy than the Milltek.

That does sound good. I like the way your car rises and drops, very cool. Is it remote controlled? Actually, I do like a lot of your mods.

I also noticed that your car is being used on an ad on eBay. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Audi-Q7-20-BB ... 19cc4972e4

Hi nij

Yes it has a remote controlled air ride system, very trick but not cheap
But for what I like it works a treat.

It's certainly getting to how I want it and will show more soon, remap next week :biggrin3:

Thanks for the heads up on the eBay add,I have seen a few using it,I hope they send me some commission lol.

Hi Jules

The re-map will definitely make your tubi sound even better, especially when you feather the thottle on overrun.

I'll be looking forward to seeing more, keep it up.
