Paid my session fee on the off chance that it makes the difference.

Just seen this tonight.
Put me down for it to make up the numbers, I'll pay the £35 anyway, but not sure if I will be able to make it or want to track.
Let me know how/ who to pay.
Good luck!

AUDI DRIVER INTERNATIONAL 12 OCTOBER 2013 - CASTLE COMBE

We allocate stand location, once we know the numbers from the individual clubs. If possible we will upload map onto the club page a few days before the event.

Passes will be sent the third week of September.

Dedicated club track sessions
At Audi Driver International 2013 we are offering clubs the opportunity to take part in a dedicated track session where only their members are driving on the circuit.
This has several advantages, not least the reassurance – particularly important for first-time trackday drivers – that club members are sharing track time with people that they know and feel comfortable with.

There’s another big advantage: If we receive a block booking from a club for 12 track entries, the individual price per session is reduced from £45 to £35 per person if the block booking is made in advance.

Also, if a club makes an advance booking for a session in this way, all 12 drivers will be sent wristbands which will permit them to enter the event free of charge. (Please note that this only applies to the driver, not to any passengers). Additional track sessions can then be bought on the day at the usual price.

The proviso is that we must have the full amount of £420 in advance. It is then the responsibility of the allocated club representative to collect the individual amounts.

So that the advance entry passes can be sent out in good time, we will need to have received the advance booking fee and the full names and addresses of all individual entrants by Monday 16th September.
I'm happy to complete the form for the club stand. If there are 12 of you wishing to take advantage of the track session offer then I suggest the following:

1. Make a payment of £36.44 using this link <expired> (The extra £1.44 is to cover PayPal fees)
2. Payment is non-refundable. If you can't make it, it's up to you to sort out what you do with your ticket. EDIT : If we don't get 12 people by the 16th, we'll refund.
3. If the 12 available places are filled, we will setup another group buy.
4. RS246 Limited is not liable for anything. You pay us the money, we pay ADI and you receive the wristband. The end.

I doubt they will say it is too late as they want the money. Look, I will pay the £36.44 just to get out of the frigging sticks (just won't bother with the track bit), if this will get us a better plot in the long run. If not, no dice.

Not sure what we are doing about the track session at the moment. I spoke to ADI and should have passes soon. Next year we may pay for a better location but this year we we will have to settle for what we are given.

I hope the passes come through, can't wait to have a small blast on the track and then talk Audi all day :biggrin3:
