Weird read this last night then went out for the shopping only to find my rear passenger floor soaking even though the rear washer still worked. Pulled the front seat and carpet up today and found around 2 litres of washer fluids sloshing about in the wheel well.
Traced the issue to the rear washer pipe just as it comes into the car in the front passenger wheel well. Bloody stupid place to put a joint if you ask me what's wrong with one pipe all the way from the pump. Thankfully the TCU box was still dry.
I've dried the carpet best I can with a wet vac but it's now sitting with a oil radiator in the car hopefully to finish the job. then tomorrow I'll set away rebuilding the inside of the car.

Re: wet floor
Yup, that should sort out your problems. All of them. As long as your insurance is up to date, of course.gary81 wrote: it's now sitting with a oil radiator in the car hopefully to finish the job.

Mines still drying out. didnt get it finished at the weekend. Looks like its leaking from the same place. How did you get in about it to sort it?

Re: wet floor
If you pull back the carpet under the glove box, in the corner, there's a connector. Mine had just popped apart. Suspect when there's been some cold weather and the washer has frozen.
All Ive done is pop it back together, and encase the whole thing in self amalgamating tape to make sure it cant come apart again. Suspect its going to take a while for the carpet to dry out but I'm at the garage most days anyway so I'll just keep the heater on it while I'm there and the windows open over the night.
