Gone to the dark side
Re: Suprising ?
All down to miles. I dare say something with 50k plus on the books would be circa 35k.aka_dk wrote:once the plus's come on the market ... watch the 08/58 Avants plunge even further .... I recon £30k will buy you one on Xmas eve from Audi if the right one is available at the time
Remember a lot of these cars were subsidised by Audi. I've certainly done quite nicely out of it.
RS3 residuals are expected to remain strong.
Re: Suprising ?
That's 'cos Audi have barely delivered any cars!aka_dk wrote:nope ... but no ones dumping them on the used market yet
Re: Suprising ?
who said that re: residuals? Audi?
I just dont get the "special RS" feeling form the RS3.
RS2, yes. B5 RS4, yes. B7 RS4, yes but not as exclusive as B5, TT and RS3 are big production models.......both got good press compared to RS5, RS exclusivity has gone IMO

More like 45k once you've added the bits you want. It's far from a jumped up S3 though.Rick_RS4 wrote:40 thousand pounds for a s3

Cars are expensive, go spec a new Ford focus you'll do well over 20k there. A well spec'd RS5 is 75k.....best get used to it.
Re: Suprising ?
Don't.....I paid £49k for "just" a TT!!! A TT that will beat an RS4 off the lights!!

Re: Suprising ?
saw you coming, can get an R8 for that or a R35 skyline, and they are superiorhodgy7869 wrote:Don't.....I paid £49k for "just" a TT!!! A TT that will beat an RS4 off the lights!!

I respect your opinion, however I have one too.
GTR - non-starter it's a Nissan.....rubbish interior, style and percieved image not for me....
R8 - £49k..mmmm...maybe a 4 year old dog of an R8...not an everyday car and my daughter wouldn't get in the back.
Also, I try to fly under the radar and not follow the crowd with the usual choice of cars of cars...
I bet you've not driven one either.....go drive an RS3.
Re: Suprising ?
Bam ... i've had 4 grown men in my TTS !
it was tight, bordering on molestation , but it happened !
