If not saying Bramley don't wax and detail their cars, but if I'm honest I think the dealers generally just use the trick of taking the photos the second they have washed the car. No matter how much wax is on the paint, nothing beats that freshly washed look, I love it.

Audi dealers however don't seem to give a sh!t, always taking photos of dirty cars for their websites.

i've just been offered an 07 plate RS4 with only 17,000 miles from a dealer for £28,900. I'm sure if i said £28k cash they would bite my hand off....I would probably put in a cheeky offer of £27k and go from there.

seems a bit steep to me, plenty of cars out there and its a buyers market, buy independant and get a decent third party warranty, save a few grand in process.

I always suspect that a car with such a full array of options was probably an ex demo car, and as such, should not command top dollar .

Being a cash buyer will not give you more leverage on a car, they want you to take out finance.

Try buying a 30k car with a suitcase of cash and you'll see how difficult it really is.
As above - cash buyer is more hassle than it's worth and no finance commission.

yup, its not like buying a house !

the dealer can give you a better discount on the chassis if he can make it back on F&I (finance and insurance)

thats why, if Audi have those 2 yrs free servicing deals on, better to take that, use it to get more off the car, get free services .. then pay it straight off
