I got a 'cloned' copy (well, 2 really as it was a DVD for Western and Central Europe and one for Eastern and Central Europe), from navmanjon@yahoo.co.uk for £35 delivered. Now that was a bargain!! And yes, agree that some poor quality media burned discs can wear out the laser quicker and cause the unit to get warm quicker, but not experienced that to date. Am more than happy!
