I got my V Power card through the letterbox this morning! FYI - if you sit at a steady 100mph with criuse (private road between Paris -Lyon! ;p) then a full tank will last you only 200 miles!!

I filled up yesterday with V-Power fuel light on and 15 miles on DIS showing, only managed to get £87.50 in her and that was up to the gunnels? Deffo had more in her before??

Tesco 99 is a superior blend to v bastard in my book, my car runs better and harder on it. I would also say that 99% of the SRS boys run it regularly, so I think that your fears/worries are unfounded Eddie!

Kaiser, you can get another 100 miles out of her at least if you turn the cruise control off.... I recently did a little trip, filled to the gunnels, 22 miles to the autoroute and then 310 miles and I still had fuel left. Av speed from DIS.. 98mph.
It's all Bollox.

Why would it use more fuel on the cruise control?

Germany. Last time I was there (feb) they had 100 octane at the stations.
