Sorry to bring up the old debate again .....
I have been on the receiving end of lots of Audi BS but this takes the biscuit! Starting to look like you need to take a solictor with you as an independant witness because people just wouldn't believe it.
I think you should request proof that the brakes were bedded in correctly as per the procedure. I doubt that they can prove this and you have not been provided with any guidance on how to a) bed the brakes yourself or b) any precautions you need take when using them. Did they tell you to drive gently on the brakes or is it on the receipt as this could weaken your position.
I would also suggest when you meet them (preferably near the end of the working day) you let them do all the talking and not say much yourself, they worked on your car and the new parts have failed so all their BS is intended to get them off the hook. If you don't get anywhere ask for the quality manager, get the complaint's book and start writing.
