Julian be interested to hear your thoughts/results on the test, enough I guess for you to change over from your ITG?

And the following reply is not acceptable (clue: far better than all the f*cking rest!)

Far better than all the f*cking rest ..... oooops, sorry! I mean to say Yes Paul - the results were enough for me to replace the ITG foam (which was very good by the way) with the BMC.

I don't have vag-com figures (Doug's got those - he plotted the MAF results in a graph to compare them all) - car pulls like a train though, but I should add that I do have a whacking great big hole cut in the bottom of the airbox with a "bell-mouth" kinda thing fitted that points down to the wheel-arch louvres ...

"Far better than all the f*cking rest ..... oooops, sorry!"

How did I know you were going to say that.

Agree with you about ITG are widely used in motorsport, so the BMC sounds really interesting.

You and your "bell-mouth", what are you like.

@ Philws4 there you go - full service Forum

I thought I'd read somwhere that BMC filters flowed the best! Thanks for all the replies. I've been quoted £40 for a BMC filter from my local speed shop.

BlueThunder..... looking forward to it!

From what I've heard they're not good - they limit air flow if anything (reportedly)
