I'm seeing roughly the same sort of figures, with the occasional toe down I'm currently averaging about 20-22mpg, depends where and how I drive it. She is thought to be about 420bhp on a Superchip not custom map.
It didn't help leaving the engine running with the heater on most of the weekend to dry out my damp carpets though. :-(
One fill up a couple of weeks ago I couldn't get super, and it may have been placebo effect but although performance was affected It seemed that I got better fuel economy for the 95RON fuel.

It's a good job that driving an RS4 is such a pleasure; otherwise the fuel economy and cost of petrol in the UK at the moment would mean ownership is unviable.

I'm averaging 25mpg over the last 18k miles. Obviously some better, some worse tanks. Managed to get 31.5average out of a run of 200miles in cold weather but driving like a complete nun. On the other side got about 20-21 average on a trip to and from the alps in the summer, hot temps and not hanging around whilst fully laden with 3 people and LOTS of stuff. I don't tend to look at the DIS figures as I find they are generally inaccurate. Oh and it's an AMD re-map and associated gubbins last tested at 438.5 on the RR.

My average is currently 20.3...
However on my last run to Heathrow I managed around 320 miles on a tank.
Im supposed to be running around 470 (but not 100% sure!).

Im reasonably happy with that...My old cerbera averaged around 12mpg round town so Im more than happy with 20ish!

Sounds like you are enjoying the go pedal then Nick - try using 6th gear and cruise control ;-)

If it's just freeway cruising I can get 350 miles out of a tank. In city, 250-275.

I have watching my average MPG recently since this thread and I have been getting from 18 - 19 MPG when going 20 everyday from work and back. This is also driving nice and easy so no fun stuff.

Does this sound right?

Only if it is all town stuff - A roads and motorways you should see more than that.

If you haven't had your car long, get it checked out by one of the specialsts that advertise on this forum - don't ask Audi to do it, as they seem unable to detect bad MAF's, faulty BPV's, boost leaks and the like (although not all of them are this bad).
