Claying will not remove any swirling. It does lift out the bonded contaminants from the paint. Just remember, for best results when claying, plenty of lube, work in a small area at a time back and forth and apply only a very light pressure else you can incur marring to the paint.

As for the Swissvax cleaner fluid against the HD Cleanse debate. Whilst they are both pre wax cleaners, the Swissvax CF contains small amount of abrasives where as the Zymol HD cleanse is purely a cleanser so both products in my book should be treated differently depending on appliation.
