No more Avants?

I spoke to my dealer this morning and he confirmed Avants can still be ordered and they haven't been told that Avants have ceased production.

Mines April build and its the last slot availabe to the dealer (Warrington Audi) for a factory order.

They insist any more Avants will only be built with existing build slots held by dealers.

Preston Audi confirmed this also.

I think its great news.

You might remember me Kev, i spoke to you a few times at Gibsons of Brock, in the " SUBARU olden days", then at Browns a few times.Still cant quite seem to shake off the Evo bug at the moment.Bought a new M5 off Graham last year, which was colossal, but so was the depreciation, so bailed out of that back to an Evo, which im really enjoying.Been looking at RS4s lately, but cant quite get excited enough to sign on the bottom line.Do you still have a track car?.Nice to speak to you, regards, SIMON.

Audi dealer in Macclesfield have 4 avants due in any time and will still order more.

I remember the olden days before 'chavs' had Subarus!

I have had various cars since, M3, Caterham, Cayenne and X5 but still end longing for the Subaru/Evo rush. I have got 4 month old twin girls, so the Avant will fit the bill, I cant think of a better speed v practical combo at the moment.
