Me too (and the coffee's unlimited!), although have been waiting since February for a rear parking sensor, though put this down to Audi, not the dealer.

prseton audi is good service, plenty of coffe and nothing is too much of a problem for the sales team or the service team.

I ordered my RS4 a week or so ago and was staggered when the dealer said he wouldn't be in touch until feb 2007!
I ordered an Elise years back when the delivery times were 15 months. They invited me to all sorts of things in the meantime.
I can't believe this is the sort of things they do with buyers of one their most expensive cars!

Also how did Simon M get his deposit back? mine say its non refundable.
