Hope you are well?

Looks like you have been fine tuning your S4 :D , I must admit I miss mine at times, but a Cerbera in full flow more than makes up for it. I think I have spotted you a couple of times in the morning on Chevet Lane, but I am usually in the Bravo :oops: , so you wouldn't have noticed.

You are right that the start is the most critical element in the 1/4 mile, some 4wd cars can do the first 60ft in 1.5 secs, which is a massive advantage over fwd and some rwd who only manage around 2.2 secs.

the easy answer is to wind the Evo driver at the start - they are known for popping clutches & boxes - even with the old twin platt in them :)

Providing nobody bogs down too much at the start, I'd expect the S4 to be ahead off the line but the Evo /Tiv to win.. need videos :D
