I know what you mean mate, went to Bournwmouth for the day on Saturday - Saw J's Corrado on the way down heading in the opposite direction and wondered what he was doing (should of really clicked then)
His Corrado is looking very nice now - would have loved to os seen it in the flesh. TT dash and porsche seats.
Anyway got home at 8, went out with friends for a meal - got slaughtered. Which made getting up early and cleaning the car a real treat on Sunday morning and all the more worth while.
At any road, spent the afternoon watching predictable motorsport - Rossi and Schumacher - what a surprise !!
Track Day at Castle Combe, 24 July 2004
Yep, John Munyard was there too, along with willsy, J, and a few others.
J's motor does look very tidy. Any guesses where he got those seats from...
Guy's R32 failed the noise tests with its Milltek (it is load with a capital F though)
so we headed off quite early on in the pm.
Glenn got 4 sessions on track though.
Couldn't be bothered to watch the cars on Sunday, and even got bored with the bikes.
Might see you Wednesday mate

Too many toys, not enough time
I was there with modded S4. It was my 3rd time round CC so getting to know it a bit better. First time on with decent power, suspension and Porsche brakes F&R with Performance Friction pads. Jesus, those pads just get better the hotter they get. Incredible braking. Just need more than my measely 415bhp and some stickier rubber and it would be seriously quick. Got shat on by a 390bhp blue golf on sticky rubber with Porsche brakes etc. Never mind.
