not at all they actually help each other snub mount makes the movement of the motor while you shift more easy and the dts helps you to realease stress from the tranny and with the help of the RS4 motor mounts help to also reduce most of the vibrations coming from the motor. the car is much better at any circumstance.

I'll look into the motor mounts and buying a snub mount when I add the k04's.

Is there a difference between the RS4 and S4 mounting that holds the snub mount?

i dont think tha there is any difference in between the mount that hold the snub mount.
