It was a big debate on here over this. For me the additional risk/cost involved using ceramics on track (and potential damaging them via heat, gravel etc) vs their way better fade performance over steel discs just wasn't worth it to me, but apparently that made me a heretic to the "ceramics are the best discs for every....single....thing........EVER!!!" crowd :D

I can just say that after three 25 minutes stints, I used more pad material than in past three years on the street altogether. It's true that I didn't have problems with brake fade. That was the first and the last time for me driving it on the track.
Discs get hot after spirited street driving but never like on the track. That's why I said that they wear out the most when they work at the limit. Same goes for normal steel discs (pads) but the price difference is huge. I would rather have big brake kit with racing pads like Ferodo DSUNO or similar.

Sorry guys titanium will have to wait untill 2023++ only doing race cats now new filling and new X pipe of steel if fits..
The car lift with remodelled garage is too expensive at the moment 😋

New 2 x 200 cell cats - X pipe apparently already to be in place (thin metal plat box at the beginning).
