I've just been told Vossen make the wheel to what offset you want if that is the case what offsets should I need to get the wheels sitting right?

If you don't get an answer speak to Prestige Wheel Centre. They will get the wheels spot on for you.

Just picked these up, thinking I need to get the spacers before I fit them, what do you think?

Depends on the width and offset. Try one and see.

21x10.5 et30 fitted one it sits in more than the standard wheel, also sits very close to the caliper, I think I will need Chris's setup of 18mm on rear and 15m on the front.

10.5 with ET30 will definitely need some spacers to look right. Mine are ET32 and just about clear the calipers with about 2 sheets of paper clearance and almost touch the suspension on the inside.

As these are 10.5 and the OEM is 9.5, I believe that makes the 10.5 wheel 12.5 mm further out and in, as these are ET30 that brings the wheel in 5mm if I then add a 15mm spacer to that am I right in thinking the outside edge of the tyre will be 22.5mm further out that stock?

Sort of. Not sure how you got to the end result buts it's pretty much right. The new wheel will stick out about 8mm more than before. Add 15mm spacers and it will stick out 23mm more than before.
Was the 5mm a typo and you meant 8mm?

Thanks, Mike, no I thought it was 5mm as the OEM wheels are ET25?

on another subject what length bolts are you using with your spacers, are you using different lengths front and rear? who makes longer locking bolts?

I use H&R bolts and spacers.
Yes they are different lengths front and rear. I think standard are 27mm and I have 40 and 43mm ones.

Sorry, a couple more questions, do you just use 40mm locking bolts or have you got to different sets and lastly as I don't have the wheels with me today, are the bolts I need tapered or radius?

Sorry, re-reading your post yes you are right. I thought you meant it brings it out by 5mm but you mean 12.5 minus 5 which is 7.5 or the eight I rounded it up to.
