The intersting thing is the dealer said he's only had the car a few weeks, they must have had it a lot longer if they reduced the price.

He's telling porkies. Here's the Google cached (on 20 Aug 2017 08:13:12 GMT) page of it up at £41,500...

Another thing, I been doing my research about pre and post facelift.... this car appears to be facelift as it has the later grill?

Grills were all the same AFAIK, they didn't change. That car doesn't have a 'Styling Package' (which came in Gloss Black or Matt Aluminium) on it, so it has the standard shiney frame to the grill. That's what you might be confusing it for?
