What do they class as a service? Re-gas? Pollen filter change? Both? What are they going to charge you?

I'd say for that price they'd have done both the above.

Same as what kick fit would charge. It's a rip off really.

Most indies with give a air con service at half price added at the time of a service.Going in for a stand alone air con service at a dealer is it of a joke as all they do is plug the car into a machine set the values and walk off until the machine goes ping.
Milton Keynes want £90.00.

B8 RS4 Daytona gone :-(

Have you thought of either Coventry Audi (on a45) or Stratford Audi? Stratford get praised by Eddie on here. Sure a member on here works at Cov Audi.
Eddie recommended me to Stratford would never go back to Solihull

Here is Audi's service details laid out from "My Audi", no mention of AC service. It's traditionally a 3 year interval for modern cars, I notice mine now may need it as the 3 yr old RS4 is not as cold as the 4 month old T6 so will get it done along with MOT and brake fluid change. get an independent to do the AC re-gas unless Audi have a deal on, my dealer is doing it for £49, a lot of indipendants not fill it up full as they don;t have the right equipment for the large pipework and AC system in the V8 engine bay, it take ore gas than nomal.

All vehicles are different ref the weight of gas that goes into the air con system, there shouldn't be any different equipment needed at all, they are the same fittings. And if it isn't filled up with the correct amount it won't work properly. If the system is checked after fill up and there's either too much gas, not enough gas or too much oil, the gauges will show a fault.
