Do they still chop off hands for theft in some arab lands? - Perhaps they should introduce that here with a different part of the scum's anatomy

That would certainly stop any repeat offences; quite hard to drive an RS with no hands. After a few get caught and lose thier hands it might help prevent any more would be thieves becoming actual thieves.

I heard they still do in Singapore. And apparently the crime rate is next to nothing.
