Does look good in Sprint Blue though. Still my favourite Audi colour.

It was being used as a managers car (and demo), but is now apparently sat on the forecourt with 4500 miles on the clock. It's been for sale for 10mths at least.

They've tried 3 different sets of pictures (the latest taken a few weeks ago), and a price drop at the start of the year from £70k to £65k.

I thought they might want rid, so I made a bid taking into consideration what else in on the market, the need to put 21's, and also a zorst on it. But seemingly they're happy to sit on it. Strange really considering they were very keen to have my B8.

I can only come to the conclusion that the car ows them a considerable amount of money, and the iffy spec choice (£6k on the B&O) means they have been hit hard and they're trying to minimize that hit.
I doubt that, ex-demo means they have claimed VAT back so they are their most profitable cars.

I'd really love to hear the B&O to see how much of a difference it makes. I forced myself to choose between ceramics or the audio and went for the former!

You made the right choice Rob. I took along an SD card with some of the finest recordings I had (in terms of sq not best song) on my test drive and while the missus was driving I had a play with the B&O. It did sound cracking with the right songs but when I played the same songs in my B7 when I got home they sounded better. You can easily beat the B&O sound in a previous face-lift car for a lot less money. Bit trickier in the face lift due to them switching to a MOST150 bus fibre connection to the OEM amp.

PS I didn't realise / forgot you had ceramics.
