If you go with ECP just be careful with the pads, they sell a poor quality pagid pad, not the same as OEM!
previous- Pug 205 gti, 306 gti, 309 gti Goodwood.
Audi S3, S4 V8 avant.
Porsche Macan Turbo.
Gone but NEVER forgotten - C5 RS6 Misano red avant.

Now - Empty garage

I used to work for ECP.

Pagid is just a brand name owned now by TMD friction ltd - purveyor of cheap but reasonable quality brakes.

Zimmerman are decent oe spec German stuff. I used to sell lots of them for Porsches

Agree with SuperSi ( having driven his car) the 380 girodiscs are better, but I decided to stay with the 365 ( because I had a new set ) and because they were too light on 18" OEM winter rims.
I did get the girodisc Magic ( road ) pads which are probably better at higher speed ( & when warm) than the EBC yellow stuff that I had before ( half worn after 20k mikes) , but considerably more dust.
I still don't like the feel of my brakes, but I guess that's a personal preference as the ultimate stopping power is there but pedal is heavy. ( my son's Mini Cooper S is similar , he doesn't like them either)
I prefer the 'switch' feel on my wife 's A3 , ( perhaps I had too many citroens in the past)
Best feel & perceived performance in our family fleet is EBC grooved discs & green stuff pads on W169 A class merc.

Recommendation if you can justify it and run 19 rims, bigger discs & performance pads, otherwise Zimmerman / pagid 365 discs with oem , yellow stuff, girodisc or ferodo pads., plus brided lines and new fluid.

Good luck.

Ebay, just type in RS6 Braided brake lines. HEL Performance lines are one of the dearer ones but there's loads of others out there.

To be honest they aren't essential, but it does improve the feel of the pedel :)
