£26-30k depending on how quick you want to shift it IMO. Car solutions Sponsor might give you a good feel for price if you ask them

Based on feedback from the chaps on here and comments from potential buyers, for good cars with sensible mileage & history etc, it seems that circa £30k is ballpark if the right person comes along (patience may be needed of course), £28-29k is about right for quicker sale, but £26k is trade-in! (already been offered that by dealer)

Or... if you believe everything on Pistonheads, upward of £35k is possible! (I don't, and I'd be deluding myself if I did...)

The sun made a rare appearance yesterday so I took the opportunity to give the car a wash and take some up to date photos - now added in place of dull ones I had on there to start with

So.... I had a call from the dealer today and the new car arrives this time next week, so if my RS6 doesn't sell privately I'll most likely p/ex it based on a decent deal that I've worked up with them

It would be a shame if it went that way because private buyers would miss out on a spotless, low mileage warrantied C6 which would just reappear on a forecourt a few weeks later with several thousand added to the asking price and a basic 3rd party warranty instead of the comprehensive Audi one

In the meantime I'd welcome discussions with buyers who have funds available, for sensible offers around the £28.5k mark - the enquiries I've had to date have all been with very keen buyers but unfortunately the hitch so far has been lack of available funds and / or an existing car to sell

haha! - that's actually what I thought about 2 years ago, and believed a SQ5 was a cunning way of getting virtually the same car for less money.
I tried them both
