Probably, North American cars don't have starter buttons.

Yes, double cup holder for TWO big gulp sodas at ONE time. You know how us Americans get down :<beep>_you:

No button start available here. I have thought of retrofitting but in all honesty I use my cup holders pretty regularly for other random things such as my phone, wallet etc. No drinking in the car any more, haha.
