Even ADE haven't had their car delivered in time for the 2014 programme!

Guys, all I can say is I have a build date given to me by the dealer. I am in there again tomorrow so will ask if there are any changes but other than that I ain't interested in stories of failed delivery dates until my dealer informs me differently. At that time I will raise hell and ask for compensation or a loan car or both

not sure how many people on here are now waiting for a C7, but the wait is killing me already, especially with all the pics of some lovely examples that are being delivered.... ordered mine 6 weeks ago and got another 19 to go!?

No way I'm already kind of done doing the deal we should have went together if I knew anything. Could have both got a better deal surely ? That's where I've been going.

Well great news chaps, just been down to the dealers to complete the amended paperwork for the Matt Alu pack and the build date has been brought forward to week 30 already

I asked about why some are having to wait and they said it was possibly down to 2 things, firstly the spec ordered such as special paint or ceramics and secondly the dealer may have sold their full allocation for the month so could not order a car till they were allocated one and this could take months depending on previous orders.

I got the last one for the group locally this month and they have since had 2 orders placed but no sign of a build date so aint I the lucky one

The rest figures though. I've got Audi's order no. So I know it's been placed. Just the tick tock of waiting for the car....local Porsche dealership trying to tempt me away too.

I was aware of the ceramic issue. Apparently they come from Italy, and the manufacturing plant works on 'Italian' time

Just been told by the dealers my car has been moved from build week 30 to week 27 so will definitely be here for 1st Sept now barring any hiccups
