For those of you that didn't get the engine sound option I don't think you are missing out much. I think it's an option that comes only when you order the factory sports exhaust.

You don't really hear the stock exhaust if your engine/gearbox is set in comfort. If you set the engine/gearbox to dynamic you will then hear all the exhaust valve open/downshifting etc, which means the engine sound is not necessary anyway. IMO it's really only meant for those with louder exhausts and who wants to hear them at idling and cruising.

Or you can just stick it in sport to open up the flaps..... :shock:

I'm not sure I'd agree with that. Sure, the sports exhaust is no akropovic, but it's a deeper sound across the board the standard one and the engine sounds a lot better mid range as well as the blip assisted down changes sounding better too

Picking mine up tomorrow. On my old S4, ADS always defaulted to auto when ignition switched off and not the last used mode. Is the RS the same?
