Haha! I was working out gear ratios of 6 speed manuals vs 7 speed s tronic B8 S4s earlier on. Genuinely! :kissmyrings:

The s tronics 6th is only a tiny bit shorter than the manuals 6th. 6000 rpm is about 266 kph in 6th in a manual, about 256 kph in 6th in the auto (with 7th still to come of course)

So you've have to be nuts to still insist on wanting a manual......
