Not sure if I like it, need to see one close up.

It does mean that C6 prices will come down - doubt I'd be able to afford one yet though.

C5s for under 10k... I'd expect to be paying out for a gearbox refurb and suspension change at that price.

I suspect the old V10 might remain king in the tuning department though. Turbos inside the V is likely to restrict things somewhat. Of course the new one should outperform the old one a bit even at similar power levels, and 650-700bhp on stock snails doesn't seem a stretch.

Shame about the slush box. Who needs 8 speeds? The last 8 speed I had was mind bogglingly useless at getting the right gear.

I am soooooooo glad they haven't put the nasty boxy arches on that ruined the B8 RS4 and the C6 RS6. Sooo glad. Might have to get one of these.

WANT. It kinda seems like a matte/satin finsh but the black optics make it look way better. Very demonic.

It's definitely on the want pile, but I'm going to drive one before parting with any cash, especially as it's 100k of car. I'm probably more tempted by a V10 plus R8. I'm not quite ready for a mid life crisis but it's as good excuse as any.

It seems pretty well specced from the off. In order to get the price near the 100k mark, you'll need to select a fair few additional toys I reckon.

But yes, it looks awesome. Not sure about the matt Daytona Grey as its masking the curves a bit. Prism with optics is the way forward me thinks

I spec'd an S6....it was 90k. No way I'm getting the RS6 I want without hitting 95 at the very least, probably 100.

If I'm coughing up then I'm ticking the bits I want regardless.

How could you spec an S6 to £90K??

Car's well spec'd standard & to add over £30k in extra's you'd need to be ticking every option including Ceramics surely? Can't see why anyone would want Ceramics on an S model & i assume you included B&O which is a bit steep at £6k.

New S6 is very likely to be my next car but i could never spec (waste) that level of cash on options. My current A8 has no optional extras & is still dripping with kit & not wanting for anything.

It's indicative from a cost perspective. Having driven the RS4 with the wavy steel discs and ceramics, and having C6 RS6 on steel I'd want ceramics on S6 and RS6.

Not sure about wasting money, if you want the kit then tick the box. If you don't like the hit on a new car buy used I guess.
