ok guys - trying to improve the current 'vibes' around this day trip....

I'll be bringing along a couple of video cameras so if anyone wants their car video'd/photgraphed whilst on the RR, just let me know in advance and i'll do the rest. When I get home, I'm then burn individual runs on DVD/CD and send them onto each driver, for that special momento...

No charge/fee payable, just chipping in with my 2p's worth to support the event..

As discussed David, have made the 17th a firm date in my diary so will be along for the meet (spectating) and can have laptop with VAGCOM for whatever tests we are running. I like a scientific test!

Great, thanks folks. We need to decide how to tackle it, I think ideally one person logging the cars on the RR and as many as needed for the FATS. Ideally, I'd like them to do the FATS immediately after the RR, what do you reckon ?

Re FATS after dyno run. Well the car will be up to temp, so why not.

Not familiar with where Thorney is, but MK being MK I am sure there will be some good places for a FATs time locally. The drive from Thorney to the FATS location will no doubt get the engine bay back to "normal" drving temeratures.

I f I wasn't such a bad (read scared) passenger I'd suggest 1 VAGCOm sticking with each car from dyno through to FATS run, could be more simple.

I had not thought of that but its the future Graham

You will be fine I reckon

5 minutes of road driving, then a FATS run in each direction between roundabouts and we're sorted

Then copy the logs to a directory in the person's forum name and I can collate them.

We need a couple people to do it

Does anyone have access to some of those portable weighing scales you drive onto please ? it will speed the process up if we can get some of those.
